From the first reservation inquiry to check-out, everything was professional, smooth, and friendly. Harris gave clear instructions, great local tips, and a very warm welcome. The boat was exceptionally well maintained and honestly felt newer than some much more recent yachts. You can clearly see that Harris and his team genuinely care about both their boats and their guests. What stood out most was the atmosphere of mutual trust and respect, which is refreshing compared to some charter companies where there can be a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy and suspicion. We had a great experience from start to finish and would happily recommend Harris and his team to anyone looking for a more personal and trustworthy charter experience.

Harris nos pareció muy eficiente y nos ayudó muchísimo a responder a todas nuestras preguntas con rapidez y amabilidad. Conocimos a Alex, compañero de Harris en la entrega del barco, quien fue muy amable y eficiente. El barco estaba limpio y bien equipado, y la botella de vino fue un detalle muy agradable. Lo único que podría haber estado en el barco serían enchufes USB de 12 voltios en los camarotes para cargar dispositivos cuando no estuvieran conectados a la toma de tierra. Llevamos un enchufe que se conectaba a la toma de 12 voltios, así que no fue un problema. Había un solo USB en el salón, pero parecía que no funcionaba. Lo pasamos genial en el barco con Alex el viernes para ayudarnos a amarrar el barco en Gouvia. Tuvimos un pequeño problema hacia el final de la semana: las baterías se descargaron rápidamente y tuvimos que recargarlas arrancando el motor con más frecuencia. Se lo informamos a Alex y nos dijo que el mecánico lo solucionaría una vez que desembarcáramos. Muy recomendable y con gusto volveríamos a contratarlo.

We found Harris very efficient and extremely helpful in answering any questions with a quick and friendly response. We met Alex, harris's colleague for the boat handover who was very friendly and efficient. The boat was clean and well equipped and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only thing that could have been on the boatbwould be 12 volt usb sockets in the cabins to charge devices when not connected to shore power. We took a plug that went into the 12v socket so wasn't a problem. There was a single USB in the saloon but didn't appear to work. We had a great time on the boat with Alex being there on the Friday to help moor the boat back at Gouvia. We had a small issue towards the end of the week with the batteries discharging quickly and having to recharge by starting the engine more frequently. We informed Alex and he said the engineer would sort it once we were off the boat. Highly recommended and woukd happily use him in future
