Captain Ray has been providing groups multi-day sailing adventures in the Caribbean since 1997, and aboard "Jalapeno", his 52 foot ketch for the past 12-years. Ray grew up skiing and hiking the Sierra Nevada mountains and has over 35 years of sailing experience. He holds a 100 ton masters US Coast Guard Captain’s license with sailing endorsement and is an avid diver and snorkeler. Ray has BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering, holds a Professional Engineering license, and has a very successful engineering firm specializing in product development for over 25 years. During your trip Ray is known for being your captain, bartender, chef, tour guide, photographer, music DJ, historian, naturalist, and cruise director. Ray loves to share the fun and excitement of the Caribbean with his guests on the experience of a lifetime.
